Downtown

Downtown area in Tucson is a lot of fun! Its very different and it is in the process or developing and becoming very popular right now. There are a lot of amazing restaurants to eat as well as many nightclubs and shopping.

Downtown restaurants

Café Poca Cosa- this restaurant is amazing! It has a Latin flare to it with great food. On the menu you can chose what you would like then there’s also a chef special where he choses three of the dishes and makes it in smaller portions so you can try a little of everything. The catch is you cant chose!! Only the chef can chose what you would get! The food is amazing and everything is great though so you wont have a problem with whatever food they put in front of you! One of my favorite restaurants in Tucson. 

The Cup Café- Great coffee!

HUB Restaurant & Creamery- this restaurant is so good with a lot of choices and the best is their homemade ice cream and milkshakes! Yum!

Diablo Burger- amazing burgers, if you are in the mood for a burger this is the place to go! 

Hi Fi Kitchen and Cocktails- this place has very good food and also has alcoholic milkshakes! This restaurant is fun to watch games because there is a lot of outdoor seating with a ton of tvs! This is also a very popular nightclub at night time!

Playground Bar and Lounge- this place is a fun club to go to, it has a nice rooftop area with a bar.

Casa Vicente- another one of my favorite restaurants in Tucson! This is Spanish food, owned by a Spanish man and all the waiters are from Spain as well! The food is amazing and so is the ambience its like you are in Spain. On special nights they have flamingo guitarists and dancers.

There is also the Rialto Theater downtown that always has bands and singers perform. it is a very small venue but is really fun and makes it better because you are so close to the stage. after the performance you can go out to one of the clubs or restaurants in downtown it makes it very easy.
