Since my exchange program ends in September, I will leave Japan on Sep., 17th after a beautiful year living in a Sharehouse based in Ikebukuro. Surrounded by four interesting people, lots of cats in the area, and the charms of a traditional Japanese house, I leave my little cozy room with a bleeding heart. Your flatmates are Stevon and Jaxon, two American people (challenging all stereotypes about 'Americanness', and Yoshiko, a Japanese person with contagious laughter. Our fourth room is empty currently. Within times of Corona, I felt relieved more than once to live with people I could rely on one, who helped me when I had hard times and who would be up for a drink, a movie, or a play of games in the evening. The area, as well as the house, spread the charm of old, traditional Japanese atmosphere, all you need is close by.
If you're interested you can come around or have a digital tour online, the date can be negotiated as well.
Let us know whether you can imagine living here and hope to meet you soon!
Rent (with utility fees): 63.000 Yen
