What is it like to live in Stuttgart? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Stuttgart is a really great city. If you take your time to get to know Stuttgart you will come to love it eventually. Stuttgart is multifaceted and offers a lot. Each city district has its own charm and character (ranging from metropolitan to rural). Besides, Stuttgart has a rich cultural program:(Stuttgart Ballett, the State Opera, National Gallery, the Museum of Art, numerous theatres, concerts and museums). If you like to go shopping, Stuttgart offers everything you need: "Stuttgarter Königstraße“, "Milaneo“, and the "Gerber“ are great places for all shopping fans.

How much does it cost to live in Stuttgart?
Among the German cities Stuttgart is definitely in the group of the more expensive ones. You can make use of different student offers (for instance if you want to go to a museum/cinema/or the gym -- Always ask for student discounts If you find an accomodation in an outer district you can safe a lot of money, too. Stuttgart has good public transport so it won’t be a problem to get to the different universities.

If you visit Stuttgart you shouldn't miss the chance to try the traditional Swabian dishes:
- Spätzle (swabian noodles) with gravy
- Käsespätzle (Spätzle with cheese)
- Maultaschen
What places would you recommend visiting in Stuttgart?
Depending on the time of the year you spend in Stuttgart, I recommend to visit the typical festivals and celebrations we have in Stuttgart. Starting with the Cannstatter Folk Festival, which is a beer festival similar to the October festival in Munich, the Weindorf (wine festival) and of course during christmas time you should visit the Christmas Market.

- Mercedes-Benz Museum
- Königsstraße
Is it good to eat out in Stuttgart? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Apart from restaurants with local dishes Stuttgart has a lot of international restaurants. Therefore you will find sth. for everyone and every taste:
