My scholarship has been bestowed by the Uni of Pisa so in my case no Stuttgart.
What is the student lifestyle like in Stuttgart?
Not bad!
Would you recommend the city and the University of Stuttgart to other students?
The environment is really amazing and fizzy. The public transportation and services are really efficient. Stuttgart is a bit different with respect others place in Germany: this is mainly due to the fact that almost half of the population is composed of immigrants. This make the Stuttgart "Stadt" a melting pot of languages and cultures. The command of German is not mandatory if you are here for an Erasmus or for an Exchange program, but it is compulsory if you wanna enrol at the Uni. Anyway DAAD and basically every Schule or Technical School here offer you the opportunity to attend German language courses at a very low price. In one word: you'd better try Stuttgart!

German way, but you can prepare your favourite meal yourself. There are also lots of different foods, Indian, Chinese, Italian, and so on you can choose from!

It depends on your lifestyle. You can save money and in that case, the life is cheap. Generally prices are comparable with the Italian ones.
