Why did you choose to go to Stockholm, Sweden?
Because of the English language.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
I cannot really remember but almost 1000 Euro or more at first.
What is the student lifestyle like in Stockholm?
It is good because students have cheap tickets, like half price than the normal price and there are a lot of sightseeing using the ticket to travel, clubs and bars.
What is the food like?
Good, because there are different kind of places with different cultural food restaurants.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Stockholm?
No, but very hard to find an apartment and expensive.
How much does it cost to live in Stockholm?
More than or almost 850 Euros.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Many of them as well as the museum and more information can be gather from the tourist Infos centres depending on the personal interest.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Stockholm in the future?
Housing is too hard to find and it is too expensive to live in Stockholm.
