Scania is moving towards electrification and autonomy and being an Automotive Software Engineering master student i had an opportunity to write my thesis here.

6 months, you need approximately 10000 kr per month. Subject to change depending on your lifestyle.

Yes.

What is the food like?

Amazing! There is a wide variety of selection.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Stockholm?

Some genuine websites charge you money. That protects you from frauds and scams but you have to always look out for such things.

How much does it cost to live in Stockholm?

10000 kr.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes and yes.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Stockholm from your city?

Get an SL monthly card for 890 kr (also discounts for students) and you can access all the transportation.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Stockholm?

Just hit the streets, it's beautiful.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Stockholm?

Any cafe in Oldtown (Gamla Stan). Espresso House is a must there are many vegan places as well.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Vasa Museum and many other museums.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Stockholm in the future?

Prepare yourself for the cold and enjoy your time here.
