The unforgettable taste of Spain
Once a traveler gets the chance to discover Spain with its flavors, music and colors, besides a shiny sun which baths the most varying landscapes under its sunbeams, a heart will beat since the beginning.
From North to South, East to West, cultural approaches may lead to feel of being inside different countries inside the same Spain.. Maily due to the fact that there are places such as Catalunya and the Basque Country with their own language and customs, having another cultural background, with its own historical facts; united by nationalists feelings.

Thus, any wanderer may enjoy Spain from corner to coast, by tasting delicious dishes: obviously paellas, 'pintxos' also known as tapas, gazpacho soup, the unforgettable 'pan tomaca,' etc. (just to highlight some). Besides there are some quite good red and white wines, as Moscato (white) can be for a night time in a bar or just ask for a 'kalimotxo:' cheap wine with coke (surprising but it tastes good).
Photo 2: 'Pintxos' in Donosti can be the best gastronomical decision.
Photo 3: consume a complete menu in a cider house, another 'must' to do once in Spain.
Beaches both North and South of the country are the best excuse to leave all problems behind and just decide to enjoy a wonderful time to relax. It can offer big waves and surfing for some, while others may prefer just to chillout under its warm sun, especially among those in the Mediterranean zone.

Despite rainy days, mainly among the Basque side, staying indoors will never be an option. So better prepare your rainy boots and some money for several umbrellas, while enjoying a walk under the rain ;)
Furthermore, all over the country the traveler might find museums such as Prado and Reina Sofia (among others) in Madrid, which is a city full of life and nice to discover from each of its neighborhoods, parks and restaurants. Do not forget to visit Malasaña and its nightlife.

Spanish architecture should also be noted: to enjoy Gaudí buildings in Barcelona or walking among the beutiful streets in cities like Cordoba, Seville or Granada, where is highlighted the Moorish influence and its beautiful architectural legacy that transports you to another era.
From the first glimpse, Spain conquered my heart and gave me memories. Everlasting cheers!
