Leaving Spain is another adventure
I can't remember when I had so much fun. I have seen so many interesting things - fascinating architecture, lavish nature, mandarin and lemon trees, palaces, cathedrals, towers and cobblestone squares, bars, pubs and cafes, fast food restaurants, hostels, buses, trams and metros. It seemed like our adventure was over, but we were wrong. After all we were going back to our Erasmus lives in Bologna.

We still have a couple of hours before we have to leave Spain and there is nothing we can do, nowhere we can go. It is raining. Well to be exact, it is pouring. Our cheap hostel is leaking. Unbelievable. You need an umbrella just to go from your room to the kitchen. The rain has spoiled all of our plans.
Bella, being the most adventurous of us, drags us across the street into a small stuffy cafe. We are soaking wet but happy to eat curros and drink coffee. Tasty end of a great trip. We are leaving beautiful Spain.
After our flight back home we were supposed to take a Flixbus from Milano Malpensa terminal to Bologna central station. However, we arrived four hours earlier at 18h while our bus was at 22h. This means that we spent about four hours bored to death.
About 10 minutes before the bus was supposed to arrive we realized that we didn't actually know where exactly was the bus stop. There are several buses that stop at the airport terminal and they all have a very visible sign for their stop. Only the Flixbus has no sign and no one at the airport knew where does it stop. We started to panic. We asked everyone and looked everywhere and found the bus by pure accident.

I happen to really like the Flixbus as a mean of transport. It is very affordable, clean, has WiFi and I can charge my phone during the ride. But I must say that being the only passengers in the middle of the night was a bit creepy. We were a bit worried that we would sleep through our stop or worse that the driver would forget that he has to stop. But everything went nicely and we arrived to Bologna.
When we arrived to my apartment, we found it full. Typical for Erasmus. There are people at your house that you have never met. They are having a party. But I am so tired I could seep for the next five days. I don't even mind the noise from the party. My feet are swollen. I don't think I have ever been so exhaustedly happy. I can't wait for the new adventures...well after I recover from this one.
The End
