It's a nice place to be in the UK. Warmer weather on the south coast and relatively cheap housing compared to other southern cities. Good nightlife but potentially lacking slightly in culture.
How much does it cost to live in Southampton?
Cheaper than cities like Bristol but more expensive than similar cities further north.
