Seville is beautiful, even in August. Provided you like the heat. I was there for the second time, and in Alcazar, the Arabic palace, for the second time. Because I didn't have much planned, I unpacked a few snacks in the garden without knowing that I had company.
In short -- the peacocks also found my snacks interesting and did not let me out of their sight until I found other tourists and could hide behind them. I love Seville, but next time I would rather eat in one of the new Cafes.
By the way: A visit to Alcazar is really worth it; I personally find this Palace better than the one in Granada. And Game of Thrones was partially filmed there; )
There are many shops around the palace, which are naturally designed for tourists. There I also found excellent tea and could best admire the old architecture.
