The ancient way of the water...

This monument was used to bring natural water from the Mountains of Seville to the lower areas of the city. The method used was by gravity and was composed of 2 arches, one above another, with the way of water at the top.

Various parts have been dismantled or destroyed and on the street Luis Montoto, there are still some remains of it. This photo shows one of the pieces that have been restored as a park and a rusted steel beam.
