¡Qué calor! ¡Que se derrite de calor!

You have to know only these two phrases in Seville which all are about how hot it is. But it’s true. Melting brain can’t think about something else. The best periods of time are early mornings and late evenings. You can feel wind. Oh, I pray for it every day now.

I want to start to discover hot and beautiful Seville from this visual portrait: objects of Andalusian Contemporary Art Center, night La Alameda de Hércules, spacious island La Cartuja, dim lights of Seville Expo’92 buildings.

Perhaps, Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporáneo (CAAC) is one of my favorite places in Seville. Wonderful park, orange trees, the ancient architecture remains, and big art space - all this hard to miss. Andalusian Center for Contemporary Art in Seville incorporated the Contemporary Art Museum in 1994, located at the Monastery de la Cartuja of Seville. As we know, it was created for the purpose of granting to local community establishment the place for research, preservations and encouragement of the modern art. Later the center started to get the first works in the constant collection of the modern art.

Despite of diverse current exhibitions of abstractions and motions by European visual artists, reflections and symbolism of colors by Paloma Gamez, remastering of great hits by Jose Pinar from Granada and playing with colors in non-hierarchical frontal dimensions by Jose Soto, the space around museum was really surprised me. Separate mention is deserved by gardens around monasteries and the center.
