Sarajevo is the cheapest city I know about. Life here is very cheap, from food, drinks, clothes to alcohol.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Sarajevo? Is there any advice you can give?

I live in Sarajevo, but I assume that its not really difficult to find accommondation.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Traditional Bosnia food is very delicious and can be found everywhere. There are also restaurants and fast food places that provide with most common world-wide dishes.

What places would you recommend visiting in Sarajevo?

National museum, Bascarsija- old town...

Is it good to eat out in Sarajevo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes, its very cheap. There are a lot of restaurants in city center.

Is the nightlife good in Sarajevo? Where is good to go?

For a foreigner I don’t think its that good since most of the music is ours. However, there are places like Sloga, Mikser that would be great for a incoming student.

What advice would you give future students heading to Sarajevo?

A very safe, easy little town with great food and mostly outgoing people. Enjoy your stay.
