For few months, furnished definitely www.saopauloflat.com is the best. For longer period try zap imoveis. Long term contracts are difficult to make (need bank insurance or 3 times deposit). Flat ones, are very easy (same day move in).

Good. Parmegiana, Picanha, Strogonoff...

Yes, you can eat out every day. Sao Paulo have awesome sushi and great burgers.
