Well, Santiago is a lovely city. It is always full of pilgrims and this makes it an interesting city yo visit. I would recommend everyone to come to Santiago at least once in their lifetime.

Santiago has its own university and this can be seen when going out. The combination of pilgrims and students adds to the excitement of getting to know new people.
How much does it cost to live in Santiago de Compostela?
Santiago is quite a cheap city compared to other European cities. There is no accommodation shortage and you can find an affordable place easily.
Food is also cheap and very good quality.

No, it is fairly easy to find accommodation. You will have no problem.

Wonderful! There is a great selection of sea food in Santiago. My favourite of course!

I would recommend the cathedral first. But there are also many churches that are worth visiting.

Anywhere in Franco Street. Lovely snacks when you order a drink.

It depends what you're looking for. But Santiago has many places where to go and around Santiago, too.

Yes, the job situation is not great but if you speak English there is always demand for English teachers.
