No.

How much does it cost to live in Santiago de Compostela?

From 150 to 300 euro per month depending on the location and size of the apartment.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I already speak Spanish.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Santiago de Compostela from your city?

By plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Santiago de Compostela?

El Centro!

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Santiago de Compostela?

O Curro da Parra - expensive but worth it!

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The cathedral, of course.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Santiago de Compostela in the future?

I had bad luck with the busses. If you can, try to live within walking distance! And a little Galego goes a long way!
