Good and cheap, more like fastfood : pinchos and tortilla.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Santander?

Not much, in 3 days I had it.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, easy when you speaks French or Italian because it is similar. Otherwise you can have Spanish lesson in Santander.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Santander from your city?

Plane is the faster but expensive. I have taken the bus, cheaper, more simple but very long: 17h.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Santander?

Plaza del Cañadío and rio de la Pila! becareful there is nobody until 12 or 2 am.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

All the north cost of Spain!
