Yes, I would recommend it because it is a calm city, yet still full of life!
What is the student atmosphere like in Salamanca?
It is a very good atmosphere. It's interesting getting to know people from different cultures.
Was it difficult to find housing in Salamanca? Would you be able to give some advice?
Yes, it was very difficult finding housing from Italy. I would recommend contacting companies on Facebook, such as "Salamanca roommate" or "Smartadvice, " companies I only got to know near the end of my stay.
What do you think of the local food? What are your favorite dishes?
My favorite dish was the jamón ibérico (Iberian Ham) sandwich.
What places would you recomment visiting in Salamanca?
You'd have to visit it all.. museums, parks, cathedrals...
And to eat in Salamanca? Can you name some of your favorite places?
"Don Quijote", "Cervantes".
Where would you recommend going to party in Salamanca?
There are lots of places, it depends on your taste... if you like salsa and merengue there are many places, such as "Posada de las animas", "La dama", "Kandhavia"... and if you like disco there's "Bisu", "Daniels", etc.
Do you have any advice you would like to pass on to future students going to Salamanca?
Take it easy and be calm because Salamanca has a very good ambiance.
