Language is very easy for people who are familiar wih Romance languages.

By plane to Madrid and then by bus from airport

Bars, clubs

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Plaza Mayor, Cathedral, Salamanca's Art Nouveau and Art Deco Museum, Salamanca University's Historic Buildings...
