Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available in the University?

Yes there are courses that all students of erasmus attend and also there are levels(beginners etc. ).

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Saint Etienne from your city?

I travelled from Greece by airplane in Lyon and then I took the train.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Saint Etienne?

There are many bars and pubs, sure you don't wanna miss Wednesdays because SAVA(organisation that helps erasmus students) organise big parties!

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Saint Etienne?

I liked the restaurants in Sainte as well the restaurant of the university.

Is there any other advice that you could give to future students who are going to Saint Etienne?

Take your warm clothes and contact with organisation of SAVA -you can find it in Facebook too and prepare for a wonderful experience in you life!
