Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs sucks

My experience is full of incompetence from every part, allowed by the many legal holes and precariousness of the program. Some of them:

• María José Marín, the Spanish intermediate who managed the program through Fundación Universidad Empresa of Murcia, didn't inform me properly, and made me sign a contract without reading it, because the appointment was the day just before taking my plane, at the last minute.

• The contract has abusive clauses for the ones it supposedly tries to help, the new entrepreneurs, leaving them unprotected.

• During my stay, the host entrepreneur, Ilkka Immonen, didn't fulfill his part of the agreement, but I did, making for him an innovative videogame.

• Part of this non-fulfillment was due to the Finnish intermediate, Anitta Sihvonen, who didn't inform him about his obligations.

• The other half was the allegedly intention of Ilkka to cheat me, because his obligations were clear in both the mutual agreement and in the several meetings we had. He kept me under false promises during my stay to be sure I finished my part of the work.

• The intermediates and the European Comission offered no protection nor legal covering for this abuse. In fact, they tried to boycott possible solutions.

• Ilkka is earning money with the videogame I created for him, I receive nothing in return, I have lost 3 months and I have even lost some money in the program.

• I sent a detailed report to the European Commission, and they ignored me completely.

In summary: The program doesn't guarantee your formation nor protect you against abuses. Too risky. And you have enough trying to build a company.
