As it's big city in th netherlands, you will not get boring. There are a lot of things to explore.
What is the food like?
There are so many restaurants in Rotterdam, you can try dutch food, Chinese, japanese, Greek, Italian and Mexican etc.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Roterdão?
Sometimes costed, sometimes not. If you are lucky, there are some websites can find accommodation for free.
How much does it cost to live in Roterdão?
Around 600-700 euro per month. 300-400 for accommodation, 200-300 euro for eating etc.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
It's very easy. As almost every dutch can speak good English. As I know, most universities, they teach in English.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Roterdão?
Wit de wit straat, Oud haven or centre of Rotterdam.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Roterdão?
Sumo, taiwu, vapiano.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Guess museum and kinderdijk.
