Definitely!

Food here is nothing special. Pancakes are great though, especially if you go on the pancake boat tour.

How much does it cost to live in Rotterdam?

About 700 a month depending on your rent.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Rotterdam?

Happy Italy. Perfect if you live on a budget and like pasta/pizza.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Rotterdam in the future?

Teaching here is way different and credits are not transferable in many cases so check it before you make your decision because you might end up doing more courses and with a workload that doesn't allow you to do much sightseeing.
