How did the city of Quebec seem to you to live in? Do you recommend it? How is the city?
It's a charming city with a lot of nature. It's full of different neighbourhoods that anyone and everyone can find. The service is very good no matter where you go. In the restaurants, the atmosphere is like a party and you're treated like a king.
How is student life in Quebec?
There is always something to do and it's not difficult to make friends. People are used to foreign students and are very willing to help us.
How are living costs in Quebec?
Food and alcohol are more expensive than in Europe but it's easy to get things at a small price at the student parties. They're conscious to help students financially in Quebec, therefore there are possible discounts everywhere.
Is it hard to find accommodation in Quebec?
Don't be afraid to find accommodation a bit outside the city centre. The bus routes are made in accordance to the students. You will pay less than in the city and it will be easier to find.
How is the food in the city? What are your favourite dishes?
Poutine is a must! Each restaurant has it's speciality. They're easy to find and for different budgets too. Expect to pay $10 for a trio at McDonalds (7€).
