Why did you choose to go to Piraeus, Greece?

Because Piraeus is a wonderful place close to the sea, and has a great historical background amazing sights and monuments

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My scholarship was for one semester, and being an international student from outside the EU I received a total of almost 4000 Euros which can be more than enough to spend your time abroad

Would you recommend the city and the University of Piraeus to other students?

Of course, Piraeus University and staff are amazing people and one of the best universities I've seen

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Piraeus?

at first I had to stay in a hostel but the university's Erasmus office helped me with that as soon as they knew

How much does it cost to live in Piraeus?

the rent in Piraeus is around 280 to 500 Euros per person depending on if you'd like to live in a shared apartment or an independent studio or flat and also the luxury of the place

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Piraeus from your city?

Once in Athens, you won't find a problem with transportation due the unity of transportation means in Athens like Buses, Trolleys, trams and metro, and they all cost about the same since the same ticket can be used in all of them

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Piraeus?

the best place for night life in Piraeus is Marina Zea

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

while in Piraeus, I've visited the Hellenic Maritime Museum, Freatida Beach,Piraeus port and many other great places
