What is it like to live in Patras? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

i would recommend Patras for only one reason that i believe is enough.Patras has everything and i mean everything from sea to mountain for nice roadtrips at the summer and at winter. Spots for beautiful view of the city. It is very close to everything and has trasport to get anywhere you like, and it is not chaotic

What is the student lifestyle like in Patras?

Student life is working on slow rythm.Almost everyday you can find students at street chilling and relaxing at certain spots with nice view or drinking some beers.

How much does it cost to live in Patras?

I believe it is cheap enough to live in patras cause every house you ll rent its close to the center of the city so the rents are at normal prices

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You can find lots of different flavours and tastes from chinece food to burgers and typical greek food.

What places would you recommend visiting in Patras?

Street Hfaistou, the castle, the port, dasillio forest, Rio

Is it good to eat out in Patras? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Square 16, Psitopolis for greek souvlaki, factory flavours for crepes,butler batters for sandwich

Is the nightlife good in Patras? Where is good to go?

There about 10 known clubs in Patras like navona,daboo,madenta,Distinto and more but you can find lots of bars and smaller clubs around the city.

What advice would you give future students heading to Patras?

Be yourself, do not care too much because people there do not too and have fun!
