A student room is called a "Kot" and there are a lot of websites if you search for "Kot Namur" on Google.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Typical Belgian food: fries, waffles, etc. But also a lot of snack-type of restaurant (pastas, durum, pizza, fastfoods, etc. ).
What places would you recommend visiting in Namur?
The Citadelle of Namur is a very beautiful and historical place to see with a great view on top.
Is the nightlife good in Namur? Where is good to go?
There are a lot of bars with young people hanging out and twice a week we have University parties. And each university faculty has its own little student bar called "cercle".
What advice would you give future students heading to Namur?
Go on the "Student @Namur" Facebook page, lots of people ask and share information there!
