Expo 2015, Italy

It was held in Milan, Italy for the second time after 1906, based on the theme of "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life". It was so interesting and useful exhibition. Each country has represented their technology and innovations relating to agriculture and energy fields.I could see lot of new methods which use for cultivation such as vertical farming, new equipment and machines. Apart from that they have represented their tradition and culture which is related to foods.

I could get the knowledge about vertical farming, how to grow plants in balcony, how to use fish ponds in a useful way for growing both fish and plants, bee cultivation (Apiculture), dairy products and farming, history relates to some foods and lot of new technologies.

At the same time, I had the opportunity buy some special thigs form each country from their pavilions such as tea, gems, instant food items, carpets and other decorating items.

The special thing is we had the opportunity to taste different types of typical and special foods of each country in this place. The architectural design of each country’s self-constructed pavilion was different from one to another and they were so beautiful. It was open from May to October and during this period each country performed their traditional dance or public perform for visitors.

If you have an idea to visit Expo exhibition, then my advice is to visit during the first few months and go early as possible. Since we had to wait few hours in the queue to enter to some pavilions.
