What is it like to live in Marseille? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Marseille looks like paradise in some points, good weather, never minus degree. The city looks like Barcelona but the most common is the Arabic culture. Somehow it is an international city, you can't find many French people there. So study is hard direction of MSc not easy, if you like math then it is the perfect place for you... Good luck with your study direction of engineering and Economics.

What places would you recommend visiting in Marseille?

For me, the most amazing place is 'les calanques marseille' the paradise on the earth... and you have to go to 'vieux port marseille' and for me an interesting place is 'Château d'If' because of my favorite book "Le Comte de Monte-Cristo" so if you love too you have to go... by boat and it cost 10 euros for students. And most of the museums are free for students under the age of 26... so be students as soon as possible...
