The city is very alive, quite noisy but charming. The landscape is beautiful and it's very good just to walk around.

Good: beach, swim, snorkeling, walk, run, go to the Calanques, nightlife, and culture.

It's expensive for a Portuguese.

Yes, it's difficult.
What is the food like? What are your favorite dishes?
Good food but expensive. Champignons, the cheese, Arab food in the streets.
What places would you recommend visiting in Marseille?
City center, calanques, museums, Vieux Port, Endoume, Bonne Mere, Noailles' street market.
Is it good to eat out in Marseille? Can you tell us your favorite spots?
Arab food in the street and artisanal ice-cream.
Is the nightlife good in Marseille? Where is good to go?
Vieux Port.
What advice would you give future students heading to Marseille?
Careful with pickpockets.
