It's cheap, sunny, people are so nice and there is always something to do!
The are a lot of beaches more or less frequented which is perfect for everyone!

It's really easy because of the low prices!
How much does it cost to live in Marsella?
Barely nothing - a student studio costs 600€/month ~$650) maximum
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Marsella? Is there any advice you can give?
Go downtown, it's a little bit less cheap but it's TOTALLY worth it!
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
It's very Mediterranean, a mix between Spanish and Italian and a lot of organic products are at your disposal because of the great weather!
What places would you recommend visiting in Marsella?
The Vieux Port, The Calanques (Blindingly beautiful), The R2 rooftop (parties are awesome), and so many other places...
Is it good to eat out in Marsella? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
It's so good, La Tasca in Cours Julien is the best tapas you can find and it's an old neighborhood that tourist don't know, so it's real prices!
Is the nightlife good in Marsella? Where is good to go?
Bars close at 2am and nightclubs at 6am, so there's always somewhere to go!
PS: drinking at 18!
What advice would you give future students heading to Marsella?
Don't be scared to make some friends, Marseille's people, when they speak English, are the best!
