Nice room in a bright 3 bedrooms apartment, 5 minutes from the beach

Hi,

I am renting out a big and bright, double bed bedroom in a 3 beddroom apartment. The room has a bed, desk and dresser.

The apartament is on the 8th floor (with elevator), is fully equiped (washing machine, fridge, TV, microwaves) and was recently renovated with a nordic design. It has a big balcony with views of the mountains and it's less than 5 minutes walking to the beach. It has high speed internet and all the bills included. 

It's perfectly located around lots of shops and restaurants, bus stop and supermarket right in front of the building
