What is it like to live in Malaga? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
First, there are two areas that people can spend time in Malaga. One area, which name is Teatinos, is a neighbourhood outside Malaga where most students live. In this area, there are a lot of tapas bar where students can go and also many pubs. The main area is Malaga centre and there you can find some shopping malls.
What is the student lifestyle like in Malaga?
You start the day with some lessons at University and after that, there are a lot of extra activities that you can do like sport and entertainment. People like going out after lessons so you are not going to get bored.
How much does it cost to live in Malaga?
Malaga is an affordable place to spend your money for shopping and for eating. For example, calle Marqués de Larios is an excellent place to go.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Malaga? Is there any advice you can give?
There are many websites where you can find some apartments or social media where people are looking for students to fill their empty rooms.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Malaga is called the city of "Boquerones" so it is an excellent dish to try out.
What places would you recommend visiting in Malaga?
Vialia, is the main shopping mall with cinema and there are also many tapas bars with good prices.
Is it good to eat out in Malaga? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
There are good sites where you can eat for cheap prices like 100 montaditos, Mercado Provenzal, El Refugio and more.
Is the nightlife good in Malaga? Where is good to go?
This is the best part of Malaga because there are countless pubs you can go and have a great time. Also, people are really nice and outgoing with a fun spirit.
What advice would you give future students heading to Malaga?
It will be one of the best part of your life and you will have a lot of amazing memories.
