furnished 15 m2 bright room in a shared flat

Hey guys,

the room I`m gonna let for the summer semester is around 15m2, it is a furnished room in a shared flat with two other students. It belongs to the "Studierendenwerk Mainz" and is about 297 € per month. Electricity and water are included. Many erasmus students live in this student hostel, which is 3 min away from the tram station. (another 15min it takes you till university/ also 15min by bike). I´m gonna move out soon, so the room is free at the first of march, but it is also possible to rent it from april on.
