Very spacious and bright apartment in the center of Madrid

Two very outgoing and open-minded spanish students who are looking for a roommate for this semester.  We like to make plans such as going for a beer, going to the cinema, soccer.  

The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, has the subway stops of Islas Filipinas and Canal less than five minutes away. The area is great, there are many bars, gyms, supermarkets and other facilities.

In the apartment there are all the necessary appliances such as: washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron.

We are two quiet and very friendly people, very clean and tidy. The apartment is always very clean.

We are looking for a student who speaks English or Spanish, and a quiet but very open and friendly person.
