I´m an Spanish graduate who is looking for foreign people to practice the language. I can speak French and English and with this way, you could improve your Spanish and I also my English and French spoken. So, is a good idea and a good excuse to know a little more Madrid.

Hey Guys, i know its earlier but i have a flat to rent for the summer in Arguelles, Madrid. 400 euros a month plus bills. very central and great transport with Moncloa metro at the end of the street. Let me know if your interested. Flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge, kitchen etc.

i'm an erasmus student of cordoba.i come from italy and with 2 friends (one from bulgary and the other one from hungary) will come in madrid.our plan is staying there from 29th of december to 6 of january.we will book an hostel for 31th dec-1 january,but we're searching for a place to stay before and after.is there someone who can help us?

Hola! ¿Qué tal? Soy una estudiante erasmus de Córdoba. Soy de Italia. A mi y a mis amigas ( una de Bulgaria e una de Hungría) nos gustaría pasar los últimos días del año en Madrid. Estarémos en Madrid entre 29 de diciembre y 4 de enero, pero vamos a pasar la Nochevieja en otro sitio.Estamos buscando alguien que puede prestarnos sitio para dormir para nosotros tres o al menos para dos de nosotras. Alquilo una habitacion en el centro, entre arguelles y moncloa.
En calle princesa.
Piso grande y muy bien situado con todo al lado (tiendas, dia, restaurante, metro....).
La habitacion es pequeña pero muy agradable y sin ruido.
A compartir con 3 erasmus, estudiantes y jovenes muy abiertos y simpaticos.
Firmamos un contrato hasta septiembre y pedimos 2 meses de fianza pero puedo irte cuando quieres y tener tu fianza si encontras a alguien o si vas hasta la fin del contrato

Hi !
I'm renting a room in San Gerardo Street, 57 at city north. The metro station is Antonio Machado. The flat is well comunicated with Ramón and Cajal hospitals, near shoping center La Vaguada, and Universities Complutense and Autonoma. Surrounded by green areas such as Dehesa de la Villa and Puerta de Hierro.
The house has 4 fully-equipped bedrooms all furnished specially for students and youngh workers. Two complete badrooms and an office kitchen wit hall the instruments to cook.
The building has a common pool, private parking spots. IWi-fi Internet 20Mb, and a national calls phone.

Me parece un buen destino para comenzar con mis viajes de conocimientos.
Quiero expander mis estudios en Lengua, pues como profesor recien recibido, quiero aumentar la calidad de mi CV y asi conseguir trabajo en colegios, privados si es mejor.
Y Madrid, España es una de las mejores opciones, la Madre Patria.
