Hello!I'm an erasmus student and I'm going to study at UAM environmental sciences from september until february.I'm in the situation of looking for my accommodation these days, somewhere near the railway staions for having an easy transportation to the university.If there's someone that can help,let me know,or else I'd really like to meet new people who will study at the same faculty or university.Thanks!!!

Just finished my Erasmus time in Madrid, and Im missing it terribly!
Had an amazing time, mostly because of my flatmates, that made it an unforgettable experience!

My place was great, right in the middle, and not expensive at all.

Hi all!
My name is Germán and I´m from Madrid. I have a good flat to be rent. It is situated in the town of Chamartín in the Hispanoamérica district. The closest metro is Colombia and Concha Espina. I must say it is really calm place so much better for students who want to really study and be relax. It is not a good place for party. I am looking for mature minded students who will take care this place. If you are interested it is really close to the center by bus and subway only will take around 15-20 min to arrive to Sol, even faster if you take renfe from Nuevos Ministerios to Sol. You can make this from Colombia subway ;)

Do you like arts, music and Photography?? Are you able to speak other languages but nevertheless you would like to speak spanish?? We are willing to help you, but in exchange you should cook for us on Sundays .. (juts kidding :P).
We are two girls 22 years old, and we are looking for a flatmate, to start living in August. We are Raquel, Architektur student in UPM, Lucía, Physics student in UCM.
Our flat is full equiped: shisha, plotter (A1 printer), piano, guitar, two Mass Bier, and many glasses for shots! :P...and of course, whatever you will bring!
Casually, we also have:
In the living room: a bed-sofa for guest, two tables and a TV.
In the kitchen: a new fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, waschingmaschine, and every neccesary kitchen tool.
In the bad room: a normal bad room: bath, sink, and the basic things.
There are three rooms: the one which is available has a studying table, a warderobe and a bed (90cm).
Photos are available after asking for it.
Aqui hablamos español, Raquel parle Français, Lucia spricht Deutsch, and we speak both english! We have just started to learn Chinesse (Lucia) and Japanesse (Raquel). We love doing different things (cooking international food, reading, teather, watching a film). One of our goals this year is to discover Madrid. But always better in good companion (we are social humanbeings:P). But during exam period we never ever run out of coffee and we spend long nights awake.
We would like to share, and not only live together. we like to have dinner together and maybe some common lunch at the weekend. But we are also independet and have our own activities, friends, and timetables.
Our flat is in a 4th floor without elevator, good for some sport :P.
It is located in a relaxing area with every necessary facilities: Supermarkets, Gym (quite cheap and it has swimmingpool, and sauna :):D), there are also good fruitsshop and a backery. And important: a little shop to buy prepared tasty food! (not fast food).
The price, a bargain: 300€/month (plus extra expences: water, hitting, internet...which will be maximun 50 € per month)
We will start living in September, but we must start paying in August.

Hi there!
We are two Spanish girls (and a very nice and loving cat) that are moving to Madrid next September and we are looking for a third one to share a flat. We would like it to be someone who speaks good English so that we can do a language interchange!
We are starting just now to look for a nice place to live in the center of Madrid, around Malasaña, Chueca or Argüelles, and we have a top of around 1100€/month.
We are 23 and will be both doing masters degrees, one of us in UCM and the other in the UAM.
