It is very easy, there are many websites and apps. I recommend an app called Badi, it is used by many people in Madrid to find roomates.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Spain has great food. The best is the jams, cheesses, wines, and meat. And the orange juice is a gift from God.

Walking around the city center, the plazas, the Prado Museum, the Gran Via street, Sol, Plaza de España and there are many more fun activities.

Madrid has great restaurants. You can find awesome and unique places near Estación del Arte, Santo Domingo, Tribunal, Chueca and Malasaña.

Nightlife is great. There are infinite types of bars to choose from in Malasaña, Chueca and Sol.

What advice would you give future students heading to Madrid?

Try to meet and hangout with Spaniards, because meeting a spaniard is the best way to learn about their culture and they can show you around and explain you their traditions and habits. This way you can blend in a feel like a Spaniard instead of being a common foreigner.
