What is it like to live in Madrid? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Madrid is an incredible place to live. There's a lot of different people to know and tons of plans to do.

What is the student lifestyle like in Madrid?

Student lifestyle is really cool. There's people from all around Spain and other countries.

How much does it cost to live in Madrid?

Depending on where you live. Accommodation in the center of Madrid is more expensive but you can find a shared room for around 350€ a month. About food and transport, there are a lot of normal-price supermarkets and transport for students is cheap.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Madrid? Is there any advice you can give?

There are a lot of platforms to look for accommodation such as idealista.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is really nice and varied depending on where you go. I prefer going to bars instead of restaurants.

What places would you recommend visiting in Madrid?

Go visit La Tabacalera, El Matadero, Cine Doré, Las Vistillas, Casa de Campo, Art galleries....

Is the nightlife good in Madrid? Where is good to go?

Nightlife in Madrid is amazing. There are lots of nightclubs where you can meet a lot of cool people. Whatever day you'd like to party, there will be a place to go.

What advice would you give future students heading to Madrid?
