What is it like to live in Madrid? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I love living in this city because there is everything anyone needs with a lot of stuff to do and a lot of fun, so you never get bored. I would recommend it 100%, everyone loves it.

What is the student lifestyle like in Madrid?

Students are the most lucky people here because every night there is a different party for them and you can have a lot of new friends from all over the world. Sometimes it happens to go to classes.

How much does it cost to live in Madrid?

It is very cheap. I think it is one of the cheapest capital cities I have ever been.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Madrid? Is there any advice you can give?

A lot of students and workers come to the city after the Summer or in January so it is a bit difficult and stressful to find a place in the city centre. A recommendation is to look for a place not too far but also not too close to the very centre because you will not be able to find any very soon.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is so good (not if you are vegetarian), my favorite tapas are croquetas and patatas bravas.

What places would you recommend visiting in Madrid?

A place you cannot miss here is the Debod Temple. For the sunset the landscape and atmosphere are perfect, and you will find someone playing a guitar or something that makes the moment even better.

Is it good to eat out in Madrid? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

My favourite spots are the tapas bar like El Tigre and la Buha in La Latina, but also a lot of places in Malasaña like Ojalá.

Is the nightlife good in Madrid? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is awesome. It depends on the music you like better when you hang out but Mondo and Stardust are really cool clubs.

What advice would you give future students heading to Madrid?

Come to meet people and enjoy life, do not worry for anyhing it will be the best time of your lives.
