What is it like to live in Madrid? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Madrid is a really good place yo live in, you have a little bit of everything, party, restaurants, good transport (best uf you live in the center) and it’s very near to some others turistic cities like Ávila, Toledo and Segovia.

What is the student lifestyle like in Madrid?

There are so many activities to do here, sports like rugby, volleyball, football... More chilled activities are easy yo found there are many cheap bars to hang out with friends and neadless to say there are many spots to party in

How much does it cost to live in Madrid?

It’s not a cheap place to live but id you dare to spend a bit more time looking you can find a room for 200€ aproximately, tre food its not that expensive for 8€ you can eat in a restaurant

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Madrid? Is there any advice you can give?

As I said before its easy to find place but the first ones you find are kind of expensive, in my opinion is better to spend a little more time searching for something cheaper

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

In my opinion this is the best thing of Spain there is an enormous variety of foods, I would highlite as tipical “el cocido” but you can easily found places with all kinds of food

What places would you recommend visiting in Madrid?

All the center Gran vía, Alcalá, Sol , Prado Museum this once being one of the greatest in the world

Is it good to eat out in Madrid? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

My favorite spots are Tierra near Guzmán el Bueno, I also love Goiko (but this one is not only in Madrid) this one is kinda all obre the place

Is the nightlife good in Madrid? Where is good to go?

The most known places are “Los bajos de Nuevos Ministerios” where you find 6 discos, a little bit out of Madrid you find Blackhouse is a little bit more posh and Pacha and Joy are also good places

What advice would you give future students heading to Madrid?

Dare to try everything and hace an openmind
