For sure, at 1000%! It's not that expensive, many museums have free entry once a week, many parks, etc.

UAM was big enough to feel free, with a good architecture and green environment.

What is the food like?

I couldn't try a lot of things, but there are many restaurants and bars that give tapas during the day, that's an easy way to eat something good outside.
