Having been here for a month now Madrid is fabulous. The metro system is quick and easy to travel around. SOL is the place to be if you want food fashion and everything in between. Do visit Lavapies in walking distance from SOL where you can mingle and eat with the locals and get the cheapest beers. If curry is your thing this is the place but many other Spanish cuisine to tickle your taste buds.
