How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I got 1500 from erasmus for a 6-month period. It was not enough to survive in madrid so you still need some background support. The living costs can be really high if you decide to live in the center but there are some nice places to stay at a minimum costs (300 euro). And since the transportation is really good you do not need to worry about the communig from suburb.

What is the student lifestyle like in Madrid?

Reaaaaly eventful! Parties, trips, events, cultural events, concerts...you can find everything in Madrid!

What is the food like?

It is very tasty. The best way how to fill yourself up, is to go for a bear. No kidding! They serve you "tapas" for every beverage you order. Tapas is a small dish all kinds. Those tapas are really generous and after the third bear you find yourself pretty full.

How much does it cost to live in Madrid?

Approximately 700 euro/moth.
