Why did you choose to go to Madrid, Spain?
Because I didn't have Spanish language exam and this was the only university that teaches in English.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
It's 3-4 months, trimester only lasts 3 months. I got 450 euro/ month until the school lasts.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Madrid to other students?
The university I took is very beautiful (private uni) called UEM but Madrid isn't the best place to live if you are a nature lover and you love animals and palm trees and sea.
What is the food like?
Not very good.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Madrid?
It took me 4 days in Airbnb until I found my accommodation.
How much does it cost to live in Madrid?
In the city center it's about 400-600 euro / months for a room.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
For me it was easy but there isn't much opportunities since everyone speaks English.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Madrid from your city?
Wizzair.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Madrid?
Fucking Monday.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Madrid?
