How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

Around one year, from my university I received only 240 Euros monthly.

What is the student lifestyle like in Lugo?

Life is calm, being a small city you have the possibility to easily know people, Erasmus above all, to organize dinners, parties to theme in some local of the city, to go out to drink a beer and to eat tapas.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Lugo to other students?

I have lived very well in Lugo, even if initially I wasn't really convinced because it is a very small city, and I've got used to greater cities, the university in reality is not really the maximum, I don't know if it's a problem of the education system in Spain, because I don't like so much the method of study that they use, but the professors are really kind!

I think that depends on the people that meetings rather, for me has been an unbelievable experience and I would recommend it to everybody!

What is the food like?

Really good!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lugo?

Not so much, it has been quite easy.

How much does it cost to live in Lugo?

Depends, generally, in one month I have spent more or less 150/200, without counting the lease.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, is quite easy, and the university offering you a course of Spanish.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lugo from your city?

By airplane with Ryanair.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lugo?

I recommend to go to the "Muralla", is the center of the city.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Lugo?

I recommend "Fonte do Rei" for the "parillada" and "pulpo", and the fast food "Don Mac", it's very cheap!
