There are 3 price levels of the monthly fee (paid to the 5th day of each month) for a  room, depending on the lenght of the rent period:
1600 PLN rent + 300 PLN bills + 80 PLN cleaning service for 3-5 months period
1400 PLN rent + 300 PLN bills + 80 PLN cleaning service for 6-9 months period
1100 PLN rent + 300 PLN bills + 80 PLN cleaning service for 10-12 months period.

Additionally: 2500 PLN secure deposit, refundable at the end of the stay, if everything is OK with the room and the apartment.
At the moment of signing the lease agreement, the tenant should also pay 50 PLN per person for insurance.
