Hollywood and the Hall of Fame
Close to the stars!
Lights, camera, action! The city of the stars, as many know it, is Los Angeles, California. It's a city renowned for its famous faces.
To get around Los Angeles, it's recommendable to hire a car, as the distances from one place to another are quite broad. An absolutely obligatory stop to make whilst travelling through this emblematic city is the view towards the mountains where the HOLLYWOOD sign is located - the very same sign that has been a star in its own right in numerous films over the years.
The city allows you to see the sign from several different angles, depending on the place you are looking at it from. It's important to bear in mind that some access roads are actually part of privately-owned land, so it's recommendable to ask which ones can be used or not to get to the city's tourist hotspots. Once you are physically in front of the sign, get your camera ready with the flash on and smile like you've never smiled before: the star in this event is YOU!
After having done a tour of the city, it's now time to get out of the car and take a walk around the famous Hall of Fame. There, you will be witness to a night full of awards, actors, directors, producers, artists, and epic personalities, who, thanks to their work, have marked the performance world on a global scale.
It's a lengthy tour around the city, the duration of which is not limited by time; it's more of a question of enjoying it, photographing it and admiring it. You will come across tourists from every corner of the world, as well as celebrities, walking around the city. Likewise, during your journey around Los Angeles, you will find several footprints and stars that, despite no longer being physically with us, are remembered fondly and with love for the roles they cemented in history for themselves. However, it's important to remember that you are the star in your own life.
