Hello,

I'm a french art student in L'ecole nationale superieure des arts decoratifs (ENSAD), in Paris. I would like to go to Los Angeles for my exchange in theOTIS College of art. My first choice was withthe CalArts, but it's unfortunately not possible anymore. 

Does anyone knows if I have to pay the american tuition fees as an exchange student ?
