What is it like to live in London? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

London is an exciting city to live in various aspects. First, you get to meet lots of interesting people with diverse backgrounds. People are mostly open for conversation and approachable. There are numerous activities and events going on all over the city that can keep you occupied all day and all night. You can find and get anything and everything you want in London even if you may have to try a bit harder for certain things, and in every corner of the city you can always find experts who are knowledgeable about specific subjects.

What is the student lifestyle like in London?

There are so many things you can do either for free or by getting student discount. You can make friends with so many students studying different subjects in different schools. There are numerous lectures and events at schools all over the city that you can participate or get invited.

How much does it cost to live in London?

It's definitely not a cheap city to live, but there are options for saving, like flat sharing for accommodation, or cycling for transportation.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in London? Is there any advice you can give?

Finding accommodation is difficult in every city in my experience. I have always shared accommodation with other students attending the same school, sometimes joining the flat they already found, other times finding one together.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You can find diverse cuisines in London. There are always some new trendy places popping up every corner of the city you can try.

It is nice to eat out as you have so many options to go for.
White cross street market always offers quite a nice range of options.

Go anywhere there are events and people
